Rosemary Mozena, RN, COS-C, currently serves as the regional director of Optimae Home Health Services in central Iowa. In her role, she manages day-to-day operations, monitors for compliance and regulation and supervises staff. Rosemary is passionate about ensuring that Optimae Home Health continues to be at the side and on the side of an ever-growing number of customers requiring the uniquely Optimae style of wrap-around services.
Rosemary first joined the Optimae family in 2015 as an RN case manager and admission nurse in the home health division. She worked for Optimae Behavioral Health for three years, serving as an RN to a PA provider seeing customers in central Iowa. She returned to Optimae Home Health in 2019 as a quality assurance nurse and was promoted to regional director in 2023.
Prior to Optimae, Rosemary spent five years working in rehabilitation in a hospital setting. She graduated from the Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines.
