Nancy Nauman brings over four decades of experience in health and human services to her position at Optimae LifeServices, where she serves as the regional director of the Mississippi Bend Region. As regional director, Nancy oversees the delivery of services for individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities and brain injuries.
Prior to joining Optimae more than two decades ago, Nancy served as an assistant director and case management supervisor for Muscatine County Community Services. She held positions with the Muscatine Commission on Aging and the Iowa Department of Human Services. Nancy also served as an adjunct professor at Western Illinois University.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in social work and a Master of Science degree in counseling from Western Illinois University.
