McCulloch Hall serves as a mental health counselor at Optimae Behavioral Health Services. McCulloch’s previous role at Optimae LifeServices was as an intensive psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner, and she has since transitioned to the mental health counselor role as of July 2022.

McCulloch has served populations dealing with mental illnesses including depression, substance use disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder. She utilizes a person-centered approach to instill hope and empower customers to recognize their ability to set and achieve personally meaningful goals. McCulloch serves as an advocate and ally for her customers while helping them gain the tools to advocate for themselves. She works to facilitate positive improvement and emotional growth in the lives of customers by fostering a supportive and accepting environment for change to occur.

McCulloch received her Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling as well as her Bachelor of Arts with distinction in psychology and human relations from the University of Iowa.
