Mason Walter, COTA, joined Optimae Rehabilitation Services in 2024 as a certified occupational therapy assistant.
Mason’s experience has involved both adults and youth, aligning customers’ daily activities with personalized goals and treatment plans to enhance independence and well-being. Prior to entering the occupational therapy field, he worked in direct support roles serving individuals with disabilities, as well as in nursing homes and youth programs.
Mason earned his bachelor of arts degree in health and exercise science from Central College. He completed the occupational therapy assistant program at Kirkwood Community College.
