Lizabeth Sheets is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She joined Optimae’s central Iowa Behavioral Health team in 2023 to provide medication management services.
Lizabeth prioritizes client autonomy and works to ensure clients are fully informed about their diagnoses and treatment options. Her nursing experience includes working in the inpatient behavioral health setting with patients across the lifespan. She has also worked as a health educator in the residential setting.
Lizabeth completed her graduate education at Allen College in Waterloo.
