Jennifer “Jenny” Sanda, RN, BSN, brings more than 10 years of experience as a home health nurse to her position as the administrator for Optimae Home Health Services in central Iowa.
Jenny joined Optimae Home Health in 2015 as the first RN case manager hired when the company began its central Iowa home health operation. Prior to that, she was a home care admission nurse and case manager, and before that she worked in home care as a case manager. She began her nursing career working in an acute physical rehabilitation unit, where she worked three years assisting patients suffering from complex physical conditions such as traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. She also practiced and was certified as a health coach in a local family practice clinic where she provided patients with support and education on their personal disease processes.
Jenny graduated with honors as a member of Sigma Theta Tau from Grand View University with her Bachelor of Science in nursing and a minor in psychology.
