Erika Benedict brings nearly two decades of experience in the health care and human services field to her position as regional director of the Cedar Valley Region. As regional director, she oversees the daily delivery of services to individuals with mental illness and intellectual disabilities.
Erika has held various roles at Optimae since joining the company in 2006. She started in the STEP Employment program, and also served as an intensive psychiatric practitioner and quality improvement specialist. She is passionate about helping others live their best lives.
Erika earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in sociology from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
