Celeste Neff, LMSW, joined Optimae Behavioral Health’s southeastern Iowa team in 2021. Her wide range of experiences, including clinical, academic and retail settings, have fostered a keen understanding of how best to communicate with and understand people.

Celeste’s focus includes providing care to individuals of all ages including youth, and she specializes in cognitive/behavioral therapy (CBT), stress management, anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and parenting issues. She is versed in women’s issues, personality disorders, mood disorders and adolescent psychiatry. In addition to her role with Optimae Behavioral Health, Celeste works with Optimae Community Services.

Celeste earned her Associate of Arts degree from Indian Hills Community College, her Bachelor of Arts degree from Buena Vista University (majoring in psychology and human services) and her Master of Social Work degree (which included an emphasis on Hispanic and Latino children and families) from Our Lady of the Lake University’s Worden School of Social Work.
