Brianna "Bri" Brewster

Occupational Therapist

Brianna “Bri” Brewster, OTD, has served as an occupational therapist for Optimae Rehabilitation Services since 2024. In her role, she evaluates both the functional status of customers and their home environments for barriers to independent living. Based on these evaluations, Bri develops individualized treatment programs and establishes goals for improved function.

Prior to joining the Optimae Rehabilitation Services team, Bri delivered occupational therapy services to individuals in Iowa, Missouri and Utah, including mobile clinic and forensic psychiatry unit settings. She also served as a direct support specialist, supervising daily activities for 15 adults with cognitive and physical disabilities.

In her delivery of services, Bri strives to promote agency and dignity by fostering engagement in the meaningful aspects of people’s daily lives. Her robust, person-centered care integrates knowledge about the physical, cognitive, psychosocial and environmental factors of individuals’ lived experiences.

Bri received her doctor of occupational therapy degree from Drake University, where she was a recipient of an occupational therapy scholastic achievement award.
