Anzlee Gnann joined Optimae’s behavioral health team in 2024 and sees customers in person at the Burlington office and through telehealth.
Anzlee is honored to take part in her client’s counseling experience and believes those seeking help should be celebrated as each person’s overall wellness is invaluable. She is passionate to provide a safe environment full of acceptance, unconditional understanding and empowerment. She values using a client-centered approach and enjoys working with individuals to form their own therapeutic goals that feel meaningful to them and that align with their personal values.
She is most interested in working with adults, seniors and older adolescents struggling with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, trauma and self-image issues. She commonly uses solution-focused, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment-based therapeutic approaches.
Anzlee earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an education specialist degree in clinical mental health counseling at Middle Tennessee State University.
