Director of Quality Services and Improvement

Jill Hermes joined Optimae LifeServices in 2010 and currently serves as the director of quality services and improvement. In her role, Jill supports Optimae’s initiatives to enhance internal and external audit outcomes, as well as guides improvements in forms, policies and training materials to ensure compliance with federal, state and managed care organization standards.

She began her career at Optimae as a service coordinator in the Great River Region, a role she held until 2017 before transitioning to quality assurance and improvement specialist for the region. From 2020-2022, Jill served as the quality assurance coordinator, and she moved into her current position in 2022. She enjoys the opportunity to continually learn new skills in her field and values Optimae’s supportive culture that is truly at the side and on the side of its customers and employees.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in education from Iowa State University and worked as a middle school science and technology teacher before joining Optimae.
