Elizabeth Eland, RN, is a registered nurse and currently serves as the administrator for Optimae Home Health Services in southeastern Iowa.
Elizabeth began her career as a floor nurse at a cardiac intensive care unit in northern Missouri. She then moved back home to Fairfield, working at an intermediate care facility and assisted living facility, where she later assumed the assessment nurse position. She later became the facility’s director of nursing, a role she worked for two years before coming to Optimae in 2016.
She worked as an RN case manager with Optimae for six years before becoming regional director in 2022, then transitioning to the administrator role in 2024.
Elizabeth received her nursing degree from Indian Hills Community College.
