Meghan Foster brings more than two decades of experience to her role as chief operating officer of Central Iowa services for Optimae LifeServices. As COO of Central Iowa services, she oversees daily operations for Optimae’s largest region.
Meghan has held various positions since joining Optimae in 2006, including service coordinator, program coordinator, program director, assistant regional director for Central Iowa and regional director for Central Iowa. Prior to Optimae, she served multiple agencies as a crisis responder and direct support staff, as well positions focusing on autistic children and adults and substance abuse.
Meghan earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
