Brook Lenze joined Optimae LifeServices’ behavioral health team in 2026 and is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with eight years of experience as a registered nurse. She serves individuals in the Des Moines and Adel area and is committed to helping improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Over the past eight years, Brook has worked with individuals with a wide range of healthcare needs. In addition, she worked with individuals in a care coordinator role, helping them navigate the healthcare system and connect with needed services and resources.
Brook specializes in assisting individuals with generalized anxiety disorder, depressive disorders and addiction disorders and believes that individuals deserve to feel heard, respected and understood. She strives to create a comfortable environment where individuals can openly discuss their concerns and participate in their healthcare decisions.
Brook earned her associate degree from Southwestern Community College and her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Walden University. She is passionate about continuing to grow as a psychiatric provider and making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
