Julia Baray, PMHNP-BC, has been with Optimae LifeServices’ behavioral health team since 2025. She sees customers from the Des Moines office serving individuals throughout the life span.
Julia is an empathetic ally in the treatment of depression, anxiety, mood, psychotic, impulse control disorders, and a range of psychiatric conditions. Julia prides herself in providing a safe, calming and person-centered environment for her clients. She enjoys working with individuals to achieve goals and helping them reach their maximum potential. Having a Hispanic background, Julia also offers culturally competent care.
Julia has an array of experience in the nursing field including community based behavioral health and homecare services. She continues to always work toward advocating for quality care of her clients.
Julia received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa and her master’s degree in nursing from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa.
