Tiffany Olerich, tLMHC, has been with Optimae LifeServices’ behavioral health team since 2025. She sees customers from Knoxville, serving individuals from 18 and older.
Tiffany has experience serving populations with depression, anxiety, stress management, grief, occupational issues and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Prior to joining Optimae, Tiffany held various roles in outpatient therapy while simultaneously working to earn her master’s degree. She is passionate about meeting individuals where they are at in the therapy process, and is a firm believer in the client being the expert of their own lives. Tiffany utilizes a person-centered approach along with cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree from Central College in psychology and English, and received her master’s degree in counseling from South Dakota State University.
