To start services, contact your area’s Optimae Behavioral Health team to schedule an appointment. You will be asked to complete a customer demographic form, which is available to download from our application for services webpage. At your first appointment, a professional will assess your needs and goals. Services are provided in person and/or via telehealth, dependent on location.
